The Tactical Games were created to provide a platform to test the skills and readiness of tactical athletes from all backgrounds.
The Tactical Games Divisions
Men & Women’s Elite
Suggested Physical Abilities:
Generally in excellent physical condition, and able to complete functional fitness workouts “RX”
Be capable of lifting, running, and performing tasks a well-rounded elite athlete should be able to complete.
You are signing up for an unknown challenge with some of the best tactical athletes in the world if you feel unprepared start with the intermediate (or tactical beginning 2022) division.
If you think you’re an elite athlete and have to ask… chose intermediate (or tactical beginning 2022) for your first competition.
Elite Shooting Standards:
80% accuracy on an “A zone” at 15 yards with a pistol under extreme physical duress.
80% accuracy on a “C zone” at 150 yards with a rifle prone under extreme physical duress.
These are not the smallest targets or furthest distances that will be shot, however will offer a decent guideline on your ability to perform from reasonable shooting positions.
Elite Notes:
These weights are not used in every stage, if there is something you cannot do, you will not do well in that particular battle but that does not mean you’re “out of the running.” Heavy weighted events are designed in an increasing weight manner, meaning the weights will start light then get heavier.
In Elite if you come to an obstacle or task that cannot be completed you will remain there until time expires. There are no burpee options in elite.

Notes: The Tactical Division is based around distance/weights that are likely to be encountered in a LEO/MIL setting. This division is open to Civilians/LEO/MIL/Everyone, but is intended to fill the gap between intermediate and Elite. The Tactical Games understands that Tactical Athletes need to be able to return to work healthy and ready to go after a weekend of competition. If you have not competed in a TTG before we strongly recommend competing in Tactical before moving to Elite for any athlete/shooter of any experience level.Team Division
Not yet ready to compete by yourself? Are you ready to compete but have a friend on the fence? Want to pull your Husband, Wife, or Kid off the couch and get them in the game? If Yes, is the answer to any of these questions this is the division for you. The Team division is based on the intermediate weights, one of the team members tasks will be based on the Mens intermediate weight, the other task will be based on the Women’s intermediate weight and the disassemble rule is in effect. What this means is that you can take apart the implement into manageable pieces and carry them. This division is gender neutral, meaning teams can be Man/Man, Women/Women, or Man/Women. Athletes are required to load plate carriers to the minimum weight based on gender. Male =15lbs and females = 12lbs regardless of composition of team.
